Cancellation Policy

Notice Required: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
